COVID - V02

Here's how we're working with COVID-19 in 2022
A statement from Finn O’Hara.
First, I hope you all staying safe, staying healthy, and looking fabulous in your mask. Like you, my utmost concern is for everyone’s wellbeing during this unprecedented global pandemic.
Over the last year we’ve produced numerous high calibre commercial shoots with great success, and I look forward to continuing a high level of production, while maintaining COVID-19 health and safety measures in the workplace.
Here are some of the basic measures we’re adhering to:
+ We strongly encourage all crew members to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Thankfully our industry agrees, and an overwhelming majority has been fully vaccinated, doing their part in helping keep our community safe.
+ For most productions, we encourage PCR tests 72 hours before production. Rapid antigen tests can also be provided as an additional layer of safety.
+ The easiest and most effective method to prevent transmission is by ensuring all individuals wear a mask and practice physical distancing while on set. We encourage you to bring your own mask and appropriate PPE to wear on set at all times.
+ For enclosed indoor shoots, we encourage the use of mobile HEPA filter units on set.
+ Only crew essential to the shoot should be on set, and as few people should be present as possible. We’ve developed a great off-site monitoring system for art direction (see part of our remote set-up above), and the ability to review and edit shoot files in real time.
+ Self-monitor for signs or symptoms of COVID-19 and report to administration if you are feeling ill.
+ 24 hours prior to the shoot, and again on the day of the shoot, all individuals who will be on set will be screened. Anyone who has any symptoms, has had close contact with anyone who has tested positive within the previous 14 days, or has travelled internationally within the previous 14 days, should stay home.
+ Everyone must practice good hygiene, including frequent hand washing (or using hand sanitizer), avoiding touching their faces, and coughing or sneezing into sleeves.
We are closely monitoring the industry guidance of CAPIC (the Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators), the Ontario Government, Health Canada, and taking the appropriate actions recommended. We are also encouraging our team members to take any signs of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed.
This is an ever evolving process, and we look forward to accommodating each clients needs and deliverables moving forward.
