I take photos. Driven by a passion for storytelling, I capture moments that are intimate, situational and visceral. I've shot advertising for British Airways, Coca-Cola, Nike and editorial for Dwell, ESPN The Magazine, and Esquire among others.
I make movies. Fed by my career as a photographer, I combine the dimensional moment of the still with the narrative of the moving image to tell a larger story. I’ve done work for Best Made Company, Canadian Tourism and Canadian Tire.
I was born in London, UK and moved to Canada when I was a young lad. My father had a job with Kodak and there were always cameras and carousels of slides around the house. We lived in Caledon, Ontario, a rural setting with a few acres where my brother, sister and I ran wild.
After completing a degree in English Literature, I traveled the world and moved to Toronto. I now live in the west end with my wife and daughter.
I believe in working hard and being nice. I love happy accidents.
